Questions

Is this tax advice?

No. The toolkit and the calculators are planning aids for the 2026 calendar year. Dutchsorted is not a tax adviser, an accountant, or the Belastingdienst. Check the official sources in the file, and a belastingadviseur, before you file or pay.

Who is it for?

English-speaking expats with a Dutch eenmanszaak who invoice clients themselves. The sheets are in English, with the Dutch legal wording where an invoice needs it. It is not a payroll package and it does not cover a BV.

Does it file my VAT or income tax?

No. It prepares the numbers. You file the VAT return and the ICP listing in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk, and the income tax return in Mijn Belastingdienst. The quarterly deadlines are in the quick-start guide.

Will it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the Google Sheets workbook to Drive and open it with Google Sheets. The formulas do not use macros. The quick-start PDF explains the yellow input cells and the green calculated cells.

What is the 2027 update?

The €49 bundle includes the 2026 toolkit now and the same workbook again when the 2027 figures are published. It is a second file, not a subscription. The €39 purchase is the 2026 toolkit only.

What about the KOR?

The small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling) is a VAT exemption for Dutch turnover of €20,000 or less. You apply in advance, you charge no VAT, and you cannot deduct input VAT. The KOR calculator and the invoice sheet cover that. They do not apply the scheme for you.

Do you store my numbers?

No. The calculators run in your browser. The spreadsheets stay on your computer or in your own Google Drive. Dutchsorted creates the toolkit. Lemon Squeezy is the reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, accounts for VAT, and delivers the file.

Is the integration-exam practice included?

No. Practice for the Dutch civic integration exams (NT2 and KNM) is a later product under the same name. This toolkit is only the freelance admin workbook.
