Terms
The seller of the Dutchsorted ZZP toolkit is Mono by Dusty, Amsterdam. Lemon Squeezy is the reseller and merchant of record: it sells the file, takes the payment, and calculates the VAT. These terms are in plain English. Read the checkout page as well.
The product
You buy a digital workbook and a quick-start PDF for the 2026 calendar year. The €39 purchase is that file. The €49 purchase also includes a new file when the 2027 figures are published. That is a second delivery, not a subscription, and not a promise that Dutch tax law will stay the same. €39 and €49 are what a consumer in the Netherlands pays, including VAT. Lemon Squeezy calculates VAT for the buyer’s country. A business with a valid VAT identification number can reverse-charge.
Not tax advice
The toolkit and the free calculators are planning aids. They are not advice for your situation, and they are not a filing service. You are responsible for what you send to the Belastingdienst and for what you put on an invoice. Figures can be a euro or two away from an assessment because of rounding.
Licence
You may use the files for your own business. You may not resell them, publish the formulas as your own product, or give the file to clients as if you were the publisher.
Checkout and withdrawal
Lemon Squeezy delivers the file from the order receipt and the email it sends. For digital content, an EU consumer can lose the 14-day right to change their mind once they agree to immediate access. That choice is made on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page.
